I am 28 TODAY

Can't beleive it, I have grown so much too :)

Anyway, this morning at 6:00am hubby gave me a very sweet & pleasant surprise.

He woke me up with an ice cream cake in his hands ( with so many candles lighted up), he then wake Neelu up as well , carried her to me & sang me a birthday song.. It caught me by surprise that I did not get a chance to snap any pics..

That was really sweet of him. Never expected it from him. My daughter seems to be the happiest person this morning coz she get to have ice cream cake first thing in the morning.

Ok, like i said yesterday, I wanna post more pics.

So the first pic is of my lil Ah-Moy in Cheongsam that her uncle bought in Taiwan..

Also, on Sunday, My mum celebrated my b'day in advance & she baked a chocolate

cake & spread Nutella on it. (coz I am a chocolate freak)

Time flies really fast..

I realise that my Lil Gal has grown up so much!

A few of the new things she had been upto are:-

1) Brushing her teeth

2) I've started her on Potty Training, so far so good

3) She speaks more clearly, eg:- train"twain"(when she sees one), more( when she wants some more) Say shoes in Urdu (my spelling really bad, so wun be able to spell it out), moon, cow & later make the sound MOOO...count up to 3, say Bye-Bye, Hello ( eyo), dog.

4) She is very into arranging things nowadays. Just over the weekend, while I was chatting wif a fren on the phone(She must have thought i have fainted & dunno wat she's doing!), she took out all the VCDs & DVDs, displaying them 1 by 1 on the window panel. And when for some reason, any of the CD drop on to the floor , she gets angry & scream. So when I told her to give them all to me to keep, my "lil angel" dare say "No NO No" to me in a very stern tone. But as usual she will give in to me the moment I stare at her & raise my voice ..

Hehehe..

So, her next trick is come running to me & kiss me on my lips :) Though she may cool me down but she will never get her way coz I dun wanna spoil her into thinking that by "buttering up to me" , she will get her things done..

5) She likes to sing & dance, when comes to dancing she prefers to dance with her Papa..

Anyway, on Friday I was on half day leave. We took her to the clinic for her 15 month jab, the doc was amazed by her.. Especially the way she "talks".. So she passed all her assesments.. So far she seems to be quite ok after the jab, no fever as yet. Hopefully she will not get Fever from this jab as well.

Actually I have more pics to upload, however have not had time to do it yet.. So i might be doing it on Wednesday..

Well a bit backdated, nevertheless I will update on the things we did on that day.

Anyway, on Mother's Day we went to visit my grandma(paternal).

My youngest auntie has actually planned a Mothers' Day Party for the whole family..

It was a fun day, meeting up wif my cuzzins, uncle & aunts.. Neelu had a good time too coz she gets the attention from almost everyone!

She enjoys playing wif her second cuzzins..

We had good food & later in the evening, before the end of the party, all of us were given gifts (all the ladies ONLY). the aunties receive Tupperware containers & us the "younger" ones receive a scarf each(though I am not wearing one yet but can still keep for next time)

There was suppose to be more to write but I somehow am too lazy, so just enjoy the PIXX for now!!!

Neelu's First Visit to the Library

Today is a very meaningful day for my lil' Princess & also a very "extraordinary" day for her Mummy & Papa. Coz after so many years, Mummy & Papa stepped into a Library, Sengkang Library ( A place with LOTS of BOOKS!!!) all because of their Lil Princess... Never imagined we would ever step into a library again.

However, Neelu seems to like the place. She was flipping thru the books on the table, then walk over to the shelves & TOOK MORE BOOKS OUT! For this, I have to say she is different from us, she seems to enjoy books!

Later in the evening, we went over to my cuzzin's place just to hang out & have dinner. She had more fun coz most of her 2nd cuzzins are there!

My dear hubby gave me this phone as an advance birthday gift!! Coz my present phone has been badly "abused" by my Lil Princess..

Anyway, the Baby Race we went for yesterday wif Neelu was fun! Neelu had a good time running ard , "kaypo-ing" ard as well.. Though she did not win in the race, she still receive a trophy for being in the top 10 for the photo contest.
